Working with businesses
Click to learn about the important work businesses do with Step Forward Tees Valley.
Building people's skills for a brighter future
Join a growing network of socially conscious businesses working with
us to make a lasting difference to the local community.
Could your business:
Provide short term work placements for our participants?
Provide rooms for us to deliver training?
Offer participants the chance to visit and experience your workplace?
Supporting participants with key skills, such a CV writing and interview skills?
If so, we want to hear from you!
We are committed to helping people overcome the barriers that have prevented them from finding work or getting training before but we need the help of Tees Valley businesses. Many of our participants have little or no experience of work and they need extra support before they are ready to start a job. The practical help you can give these people will make a real difference to their lives.
We help people build on their strengths and aspirations, using the skills and expertise of partners and local employers to help them achieve their goals. We offer people tailored one-to-one support; access to specialist services including debt advice, mental health support and digital skills; volunteering opportunities; specialist employment training such as emotional resilience and professionalism in the workplace.
