Step Forward Tees Valley is an exciting programme delivered across the five local authority areas of the Tees Valley which aims to support people experiencing barriers and complex needs move closer toward work and training opportunities. The programme is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund until December 2019. Each local authority area has a team of Navigators that will work with 26 delivery partners each with specialist knowledge and skills to support 2,500 long term unemployed people The post holder will be based with the programme management team based in Darlington.

We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to undertake a contract compliance and monitoring roles in an exciting local project. Northern Inclusion Consortium is the lead partner for the delivery of the Step Forward Tees Valley Programme, and the successful candidate will be solely employed on the Step Forward Tees Valley Programme.
