We will work hard to make sure you get the support you need as quickly as possible.

Once you are accepted onto the programme you will be assigned to a navigator who will give you the one-to-one support you need. An experienced team of health link workers are here to support you on your journey and will work with you to better manage any psychological/physical health conditions you may have. We will advise and guide you towards accessing any specialist health care whilst working with you one-to-one on improving your overall wellbeing.
